Job Description:
A company is looking for a Clinical Pharmacist for Florida
Medicaid.
Key Responsibilities
Process grievances/appeals and medical necessity requests for drug
therapy
Develop clinical criteria and oversee drug utilization review
programs
Provide clinical guidance to pharmacy technicians and ensure
quality control in pharmacy practices
Required Qualifications
Bachelor's degree or advanced degree (PharmD., M.S) in pharmacy
3+ years of retail or hospital pharmacy experience or 1+ years of
managed care pharmacy experience
Clinical pharmacy experience in managed healthcare preferred
Florida state Pharmacist license with no restrictions
Availability to work specific shifts including weekends
